How do I track my package?

How do I exchange or return my Pitaya’s?

Please visit our Online Return Center to process your return or exchange request. New: You can return & exchange your items in person (only!) every Tuesday from 09:00 - 13:00 and 17:00 - 19:00 in Berlin Moabit. Our storage address is Pitaya Yoga, c/o Sara Bauchmüller, Putlitzstr. 18, 10551 Berlin

 

When will I receive my package?

Once the order has been placed, DHL shipping within Germany takes approx. 3-5 working days. Shipping within the European Union takes approximately 7-10 days. Shipping outside of the European Union take 10-14 days but delivery frames really vary currently. 

Please be aware that sometimes it can take a day or two longer. In this case please check the tracking information available online. 

 

Why does the price change at checkout? 

The price shown on the product pages is the net price plus German VAT, which is 19%. As we have to charge the VAT of the country of destination the price changes at checkout depending on the shipping address you type in.

The final price is automatically calculated at checkout with your country's VAT. For example, if you are shopping from France, you will pay 20% VAT instead of 19% so your final price shown at checkout will be slightly higher. 

If you are shopping from non-EU countries then you will be charged the net price (so the price will be lower). You will be charged your countries VAT as import taxes at customs, depending on the value of your order and your country's low-value tax threshold. Please be aware that additional charges such as duties or brokerage/disbursement fees may occur and are to be paid by the customer. 

Unfortunately we can't yet automatically show you your 'correct' price on the product page, depending on the country you are visiting our website from.  

 

I live in Berlin, can I pick up my order? Do you have a physical store? 

Yes. Once a week, every Tuesday from 09:00 - 13:00 and 17:00 - 19:00 we open our storage warehouse for pick ups, returns, exchanges and in-store shopping.

How do I get the teacher's discount?

Please write us an e-mail attaching your yoga certificate to support@pitaya.yoga. We will get back to you as soon as possible to send you your teacher discount code for 20% off <3 

 

Why is my discount code not working?

This can have various reasons:

  • discount codes are not eligible for items on sale, vouchers or retreats
  • check your spelling, especially if you rightly consider capital and lower case letters
  • did the discount code run out? Check the given time frame which you might find in the newsletter or personal e-mail to you or ambassador / influencer's post 
  • you can't enter a code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout
  • discount codes can't be combined, for example you can't apply your teacher discount code and the newsletter discount

If none of this applies please get in touch with us via support@pitaya.yoga to double check for you. 

 

Do you ship to the UK? 

Yes, you can order to the UK in our online store. However, please be aware that there might be customs and tax to be paid additionally by you once the parcel reaches the border. These can lead to delays and unexpected costs for you. If you don't want this to happen you can also order in our Etsy store here, where you directly pay taxes. 

 

Did you receive my order? / I'm trying to pay with Klarna but I'm not sure the order went through!

If you didn't get a confirmation e-mail from us with an invoice attached, the order did not go through. 

If you selected Klarna as payment method unfortunately it can happen that money is taken from your account without the order going through to us. In this case, Klarna transfers the money back to your account within 3-5 working days. This problem can arise if the connection was not stable enough or other technical issues. We have been in contact with Klarna for this, unfortunately there is no solution for this. 

You can directly place another order or wait for the money to be paid back into your account by Klarna. We don't have such issues with other payment methods such as PayPal or credit card payment. 

 

My size is not available anymore. Can I pre-order and if yes, how? 

We usually do not repeat our designs a second time. However, it is interesting for us to know if you are interested in a specific design in a specific size and possibly, we will restock this design again. So please write to us support@pitaya.yoga to find out. 

 

Which size is right for me?

You can find size charts on every product page. Please check them out carefully to find the best fit. 

If you are in between two sizes you have to decide whether you like a slightly tighter or relaxed fit. From our experience from wearing the bamboo and cotton fabric it does stretch a little along the way, however, it is minimal. 

Please be aware, that we have produced with other fabrics and another producer in the past, so the sizing might differ from an order you made in early 2020 or 2019. 

It is worth it to have a quick look at the size charts. 

  

What are the washing instructions for my bamboo leggings?

Please wash the items inside out, in a delicate programme on 30°C (max. 40°C), air dry and use no fabric softener. This way the colours are best retained. As bamboo and cotton are natural fibres the colours tend to fade faster than on synthetic fibre. This is why is it very important that you follow the washing instruction carefully.

If you are unsure about how to wash your Pitaya's you will find the instructions on the care label or printed inside the item.
