ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED CORRECTLY?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If you do not receive it or if you wish to change anything in the shipping information, such as the address, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at support@pitaya.yoga


HOW LONG DOES THE PREPARATION OF MY ORDER TAKE?

Our products are prepared with care in our warehouse in 24-48 business hours*, Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: January 1 and 6, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Pentecost Monday, June 24, August 15, September 11, September 24, October 12, November 1, December 6, 8, and 25.

*During special sales period the preparation time might take longer.


WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Enter our Track Your Order platform to see where your order is. You will also receive an email for every step of the delivery process.


CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

For any order modification or cancellation request, email our Customer Service team with your request as soon as possible. Please remember that orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours and once they are processed, cannot be canceled or modified internally.


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer different ways of payment such as credit card (Mastercard, Visa, etc), Paypal and some local payment methods. All the payment methods will be automatically indicated in the order process.

 

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS?

All prices shown at Pitaya’s website include VAT. 


HOW CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE?

Invoices are only sent when requested. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@pitaya.yoga if you need the invoice for your order.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Pitaya sends packages all over the world. If you have any problem choosing your country in the checkout process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@pitaya.yoga


WITH WHICH COMPANY ARE THE PACKAGES SENT?

Pitaya ships worldwide with couriers company UPS and DHL. Shipments in Spain are managed by GLS and Correos Express.



HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY SHIPMENT IS?

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping on orders over 150€ within European countries. For orders outside of Europe or the USA, free shipping is available for purchases over 200€.

If your order total is below 150€ (within Europe) or 200€ (for other countries), the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, as it varies depending on your location:

- Germany, Spain and Portugal: 5,00€

- Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and Netherlands: 6,80€

- Rest of Europe: 12,00€

- United States and United Kingdom: 12,00€

- Rest of the world: 25€

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Pitaya, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package.


HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER TAKE?

The delivery time for orders inside the EU is 3-5 business days, whereas for orders outside the EU is 3-7 business days. Please bear in mind that this timing is estimated from the moment when your order is shipped and is always approximate.


RETURNS

 

CAN I ASK FOR A RETURN OR A STORE CREDIT OF MY ORDER?

You have 15 days to request the return or exchange of any item. For a product to be considered eligible for return it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with the original tag attached and the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive safely at our warehouse. Refunds will not be issued for missing items.


HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN OF MY ORDER COST?

Please find below the different options:

- Germany, Spain and Portugal: Store credit/Exchange: Free // Refund: 4,95€

- Rest of Europe: Store credit/Exchange: Free // Refund: 9,95€

- United States and United Kingdom: Store credit /Exchange: 4,95€ // Refund: 14,95€

- Rest of the world: Store credit /Exchange: 9,95€ // Refund: 24,95€


Instant refund will cost 1 extra euro. The instant refund will be processed immediately upon confirming that the item has been received in perfect condition.

Gift cards can’t be returned. 


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND TO ARRIVE?

You can choose the instant refund option for 1€. If you don’t want to pay this amount, please note that, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 15 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.

As soon as the refund is processed, the client will receive a notification via email.

The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

 

***Items that are discounted by more than 20% cannot be returned for a refund. You may choose to exchange the item for another product of equal value or receive a voucher to use on a future purchase. 

 

OUR PRODUCT

 

ARE YOU SUSTAINABLE? 

Yeah yeah yes! Our fabrics are Recycled and produced only 30 min away from our head office!

Why are we so fond of Recycled Polyester and production processes?

6 plastic bottles make enough fiber for one recycled polyester leggings, with 583 billion plastic bottles sold every year, we could potentially create 97 billion environmentally friendly Pitayas!

For every kilogram of recycled polyester produced, up to 62% less energy and up to 99% less water is used than in the manufacture of conventional polyester that reduces carbon dioxide 70%. Also a recycled polyester t-shirt requires approximately 50% to 75% less water than a conventional cotton t-shirt.

We use sublimation printing technique meaning no dye gets into the water system which happens with many other dyeing processes.

 

No animals are involved in the process so, kind of weird to say but yes! we are Vegan!

Regarding to our packaging we said bye bye to leggings in polybags! we now use paper bags and the most colorful cardboard packaging.


WHICH SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

You can find size charts on every product page. The measurements provided on the size charts correspond to body measurements. Please take your own measurements at the indicated points on the chart and compare them accordingly. If you are in between two sizes you have to decide whether you like a slightly tighter or relaxed fit.


MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. CAN I PRE-ORDER?

We usually do not repeat our designs a second time unless they sell out in 7 days after which they will become part of our CORE COLLECTION. However, we value your feedback and would love to hear if you are interested in a particular design, in a specific size. If there is sufficient interest, we might restock that design. So please write to us support@pitaya.yoga to find out.


WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

Please wash the items inside out, in a delicate programme on 30°C (max. 40°C), air dry. This way the colors are best retained.

CAN I GIFT PITAYA?

Yes! Pitaya is the best gift. We have gift cards, you can easily buy them here! In order to use your Gift Card, proceed with the checkout. The box to enter the code will appear on the right side of the screen.

If your cart exceeds the amount available on your Gift Card, you can use it and combine it with another payment method to pay the difference.


HOW CAN I USE A GIFT CARD?

In order to use your Gift Card, choose in our website the products you want and proceed with the checkout. The box to enter the code of the gift card will appear on the right side of the screen.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD?

Gift cards can’t be returned.



YOGA TEACHER DISCOUNT

 

HOW DO I GET THE YOGA TEACHER DISCOUNT?

If you are a yoga teacher, please send us an email at support@pitaya.yoga with your yoga certificate attached. We will get back to you as soon as possible to provide you with your teacher discount code for 15% off on a minimum purchase of 100€. This discount code can't be combined with promos and clearance sales, but can be used as many times as you like.     

 

HOW CAN I USE THE COUPON CODE?

When you get to the checkout page you can type in your coupon code (top right) and click on “apply”. The amount of money from your gift card will automatically set off against the product value in your shopping cart.
