CAN I ASK FOR A RETURN OR A STORE CREDIT OF MY ORDER?

You have 15 days to request the return of any item. For a product to be considered eligible for return it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with the original tag attached and the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive safely at our warehouse. Refunds will not be issued for missing items.

HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF MY ORDER COST?

Please find below the return and exchange fees by country:

Instant refund will cost 1 extra euro.

Gift cards can’t be returned. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND TO ARRIVE?

You can choose the instant refund option for 1€. If you don’t want to pay this amount, please note that, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 15 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.

As soon as the refund is processed, the client will receive a notification via email.

The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
