Refund policy
CAN I ASK FOR A RETURN OR A STORE CREDIT OF MY ORDER?
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request the return of any item, without giving any reason. You can choose a refund, an exchange or a store credit (gift card).
Please return the items unworn, unwashed and, if possible, with the original tag attached. You can try them on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive safely at our warehouse. Refunds will not be issued for missing items.
HOW DO I SEND MY RETURN?
Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium: the returns portal gives you a prepaid UPS label.
All other countries: you send the parcel yourself, with the carrier of your choice, and you pay the shipping cost directly. Please keep your tracking number and share it with us at support@pitaya.yoga. Return address:

* You send the parcel yourself and pay the carrier directly. We deduct nothing from your refund.
In Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, the refund fee is the cost of the prepaid UPS label and is deducted from your refund.
The exchange fee covers sending your new item from our warehouse. Your new item ships once your return reaches us, subject to stock. You can always choose a refund instead of an exchange.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items: returns are free of charge, including shipping. Please write to support@pitaya.yoga with a photo and your order number.
Gift cards can’t be returned.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND TO ARRIVE?
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait until your parcel reaches our warehouse, or until you send us proof that you shipped it, whichever comes first.
Your refund includes the standard shipping cost you paid for your order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery.
The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase, unless you choose store credit.
You can choose the instant refund option for 1€. This is optional: if you don't choose it, your refund is processed within the time above at no cost. Depending on your banking institution, it can take a few business days for the amount to be visible in your account.
As soon as the refund is processed, the client will receive a notification via email.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU AND UK CUSTOMERS)
As a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 15-day return period above includes and extends this right. You can withdraw through the returns portal, by email to support@pitaya.yoga, or with the model form below. Sending your request before the period ends is enough. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
