Upon buying any of the vouchers you will get an e-mail with your personalised digital gift voucher illustrated by our designer Irina. This voucher can be printed so you have something physical to hand over.
Important: If you have a specific wish on the voucher code name, for example 'happy-birthday-yogini' please note that down in the Notes section at checkout and we will make it happen. If your specific voucher amount is not available please contact us at support@pitaya.yoga
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once the order has been placed, DHL shipping within Germany takes approx. 2-3 working days. Shipping within the European Union takes approximately 7-10 days. Shippings with destination outside the EU can take around 10-14 days. Please be aware the delivery time frames vary hugely currently. For example the postal service allows a 40 day window for packages to arrive to Australia.

What is the return policy?
You can return your item(s) within 21 days of dispatch. Please note that all items must be in their original unworn condition to be accepted for return, unless it is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.Please visit our Online Return Center to handle your return or exchange.
