At all times Pitaya  will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, there may be the occasion that for some specific reason or cause that is beyond our control, an order may be canceled, in which case Pitaya will communicate within a period of no more than 24 working hours accompanied by its corresponding refund in the payment method used by the client for the purchase.



Once your package lands in your country, you'll have to cough up for any import duties and taxes. Sorry, but we can't control these charges since customs rules vary from place to place. If you've got questions about what you'll owe, hit up your local customs office.

By the books, we gotta declare everything at its full price. No funny business to lower those international custom fees.

Should you reject a shipment from PITAYA, you will bear the original shipping expenses, any incurred import fees, and the return shipment cost to PITAYA. These charges will be deducted from your refund. If the return fees surpass the total value of the merchandise along with shipping expenses, the package will be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be issued.


Items purchased at Pitaya should be returned in perfect, unused condition and at the customer's expense Unless you want to exchange for a different item.

They should be free from any damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent their resale as new. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any additional items that were included with the packaging. The return should be initiated within 30 days of receiving the shipment in order to be eligible for a refund.
