How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once the order has been placed, DHL shipping within Germany takes approx. 3-5 working days. Shipping within the European Union takes approximately 7-10 days. Shippings with destination outside the EU can take around 10-14 days.

Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return, unless it is a manufacturing defect. 

 


What is the exchange and return policy?

You can return your original and unworn items within 14 days of dispatch. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. Please visit our online return center to process the return, you will then receive instructions on how to return the goods.
In case of an exchange we will once pay for the re-newed shipping cost. Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return of the exchanged item. 


How do I return my order?

You can return the item(s) you are unhappy with within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund. If you paid a shipping fee it will only be refunded if all items of your order are returned.

Please note that all items must be in their original unworn condition to be accepted for return, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive the package, it will take 3-5 business days for refunds to be transferred back to the original method of payment.

For all returns we strongly recommend sending the package with a tracking number. In case the parcel gets lost, no tracking can be done without tracking number. If the parcel does not reach us, we cannot guarantee a refund.
