WITH WHICH COMPANY ARE THE PACKAGES SENT?
Pitaya ships worldwide with couriers company UPS and DHL. Shipments in Spain are managed by GLS and Correos Express.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping on orders over 150€ within European countries. For orders outside of Europe or the USA, free shipping is available for purchases over 200€.
If your order total is below 150€ (within Europe) or 200€ (for other countries), the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, as it varies depending on your location:
- Germany, Spain, and Portugal: 5,00€
- Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, and Netherlands: 6,80€
- Rest of Europe: 12,00€
- USA and UK: 12,00€
- Rest of the world: 25,00€
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Pitaya, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER TAKE?
The delivery time for orders inside the EU is 3-5 business days, whereas for orders outside the EU is 3-7 business days. Please bear in mind that this timing is estimated from the moment when your order is shipped and is always approximate.
At all times Pitaya will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, there may be the occasion that for some specific reason or cause that is beyond our control, an order may be canceled, in which case Pitaya will communicate within a period of no more than 24 working hours accompanied by its corresponding refund in the payment method used by the client for the purchase.
RETURNS
Items purchased at Pitaya should be returned in perfect, unused condition and at the customer's expense Unless you want to exchange for a different item.
They should be free from any damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent their resale as new. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any additional items that were included with the packaging.
CAN I ASK FOR A RETURN OR A STORE CREDIT OF MY ORDER?
You have 15 days to request the return or exchange of any item. For a product to be considered eligible for return it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with the original tag attached and the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive safely at our warehouse. Refunds will not be issued for missing items.
HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN OF MY ORDER COST?
Please find below the different options:
- Germany, Spain and Portugal: Store credit/Exchange: Free // Refund: 4,95€
- Rest of Europe: Store credit/Exchange: Free // Refund: 9,95€
- United States and United Kingdom: Store credit /Exchange: 4,95€ // Refund: 14,95€
- Rest of the world: Store credit /Exchange: 9,95€ // Refund: 24,95€
Instant refund will cost 1 extra euro. The instant refund will be processed immediately upon confirming that the item has been received in perfect condition.
Gift cards can’t be returned.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND TO ARRIVE?
You can choose the instant refund option for 1€. If you don’t want to pay this amount, please note that, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 15 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.
As soon as the refund is processed, the client will receive a notification via email.
The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
