SHIPPINGS
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will start processing your order immediately to ensure its swift delivery.
In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe for your country, please reach out to us with your order number and we will review the order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will also receive an email containing the tracking information for your order, enabling you to stay informed about its shipping progress at all times.
Please note that Pitaya cannot be held liable for any delivery errors arising from discrepancies between the delivery address entered by the User in the order form and the actual address, or due to any omitted information.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
We offer free shipping on orders over 99€ within European countries.
If your order total is below 150€ (within Europe), 200€ (for the other countries), the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, as it varies depending on your location:
- Austria: 5,00€ (Standard 2-5 days) | Free 99€
- Germany: 4,00€ (Standard 2-5 days) | Free 99€
- Spain, Portugal: 14,00€ (Standard 2-5 days) Free 99€
- Balearic Islands: 14,00€ (Standard 24/48 hours) Free 99€
- Belgium, France, Italy and Netherlands: 8,00€ (Standard 2-5 days) Free 99€
- Rest of Europe: 15,00€ (Standard 2-5 days) Free 150€

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Pitaya, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER TAKE?
The delivery time for orders inside the EU is 2-5 business days. Please bear in mind that this timing is estimated from the moment when your order is shipped and is always approximate.
At all times Pitaya will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, there may be the occasion that for some specific reason or cause that is beyond our control, an order may be canceled, in which case Pitaya will communicate within a period of no more than 24 working hours accompanied by its corresponding refund in the payment method used by the client for the purchase.
CUSTOMS
CUSTOM DUTTIES FOR NON EU COUNTRIES
Once your package lands in your country, you'll have to cough up for any import duties and taxes. Sorry, but we can't control these charges since customs rules vary from place to place. If you've got questions about what you'll owe, hit up your local customs office.
By the books, we gotta declare everything at its full price. No funny business to lower those international custom fees.
Should you reject a shipment from PITAYA, you will bear the original shipping expenses, any incurred import fees, and the return shipment cost to PITAYA. These charges will be deducted from your refund. If the return fees surpass the total value of the merchandise along with shipping expenses, the package will be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
